At AbsolutePatterns we aim to provide high-quality digital knitting patterns. Due to the nature of digital products, we have a specific refund policy in place. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchases.
All of our knitting patterns are delivered digitally, and once downloaded, they are considered “used” and cannot be returned. By purchasing any digital pattern, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible goods that are exempt from being returned once delivered.
As all products on AbsolutePatterns.com are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our knitting patterns.
If you experience any technical difficulties when downloading a pattern, please contact us at post@absolutepatterns.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the file.
Please ensure that you review your order before completing the purchase. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or if you simply change your mind.
