At AbsolutePatterns we aim to provide high-quality digital knitting patterns. Due to the nature of digital products, we have a specific refund policy in place. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Digital Products
All of our knitting patterns are delivered digitally, and once downloaded, they are considered “used” and cannot be returned. By purchasing any digital pattern, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible goods that are exempt from being returned once delivered.
1.1. No Refunds
As all products on AbsolutePatterns.com are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our knitting patterns.
1.2. Download Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties when downloading a pattern, please contact us at post@absolutepatterns.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the file.
2. Accidental Purchases
Please ensure that you review your order before completing the purchase. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or if you simply change your mind. If you believe there was an error during checkout, please reach out to us as soon as possible at [Customer Support Email], and we will try to assist you.
3. Defective or Incorrect Files
In the rare event that a knitting pattern is defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at post@absolutepatterns.com. We will investigate the issue, and if the error is verified, we will either:
- Provide you with a corrected version of the pattern, or
- Offer a replacement with another pattern of your choice of equal value.
4. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe that your payment method was used fraudulently to make a purchase on our website, please contact us immediately at post@absolutepatterns.com. We recommend you also contact your payment provider or bank to report the unauthorized transaction.
